Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take up to 5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 business day.
• International orders take up to 10 business days to be delivered via Royal Mail, Hermes, Carrier N or Carrier M and we ship within same 1 business day.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over £60 will have free shipping.
• Orders under £60 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay,Shopfiy Pay & PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than British Pounds.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email fallenrosethelabel@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1 business day.

Unfortunately FallenRoseTheLabel is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by FallenRoseTheLabel. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

You can be assured shopping with FallenRoseTheLabel is safe! We are using a secure SAAS platform and are PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing (adheres to the highest level of standards). Your customer data  is held securely and safely. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

Once you have placed an order you will very shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add fallenrosethelabel@gmail.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us either by email or dm @fallenrosethelabel.

To make sure you receive your order ASAP, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. If your order is still being processed (you have not yet received a shipment order confirmation) then email us ASAP to cancel your order. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped, you will be unable to cancel or edit it.

If something additional is needed asap such as a different size or colour, please place a new order for this and return the unwanted items back to us.
