RETURNS & EXCHANGES

NEED TO EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER? 

Easy! If you are not in-love with the product that you have purchased online, for any reason, Fallenrosethelabel will provide you with a full Store Credit-Note to exchange the item. (Follow prompts below)

Items MUST be returned within 21 days of Purchase Date.

Once we receive your item(s) all returns will automatically be issued a Credit-Note (discount code) that will allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size. 

Customers who have received products with a manufacturing fault or incorrect item, will receive a full refund. (Please Note - Fallenrosethelabel undertake strict quality control on every item prior shipment & upon receiving return). Please take due care when trying on any products/s, as ANY item(s) manually defected will be returned.

 

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Simply email us your enquiry @fallenrosethelabel@gmail.com
  2. We will send you a Returns form
  3. Simply Download our Returns form
  4. Print the Returns form.
  5. Ensure your returning item ticks all our Return policy requirements.
  6. Fill out your details clearly.
  7. Include the Return form into your returning package.
  8. Please send your return to the address given to you in the email.

REFUND PROCESSING

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-days Return Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email fallenrosethelabel@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will immediately provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Full Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

You will be informed via the email address that you provided for your order, when this transaction is complete.

Credit notes will be issued via Email and in the form of a code & remain valid for 3 months upon receiving email.
